Arkansas Training

Maliha Shaikh joined the Video Reality team to be Arkansas’ SMART Dedicated Education Consultant. Maliha graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Family & Consumer Sciences. “I think that incorporating technology into student’s learning is a great way to keep their attention and that the students benefit from it. SMART products are a great way to help students learn and retain knowledge while getting them engaged and interested in learning. I enjoy working in education because I feel rewarded knowing that I am positively affecting the futures of students.”

  • Unlocking Multiple Objects at Once

    Has anyone gotten a Notebook file off of the SMART Exchange and the creator was apparently “lock happy”? You wanted to make changes to the many objects that were locked on the page, so you clicked on one locked object, clicked on the lock symbol, and clicked unlock. Then you went on to the next object you wanted to unlock and did the same, and then to the next, and so on.

    Countless times I have had teachers tell me that their students teach them how to use their SMART Board interactive whiteboards, SMART Response systems, SMART slates, or other various pieces of technology that are integrated into the classroom.
